We unfortunately do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK.

Delivery charges

We offer the following delivery services:
  • Standard Delivery 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For - FREE.
  • Recorded Delivery 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For - £5.95.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day at a charge of £9.95.
Delivery time from time of Dispatch
  • Standard Delivery 3-5 working days
  • Recorded Delivery 1-3 working days
  • Special Delivery Next day.
Standard Production times
  • Non-Prescription (Frame Only) - We ask to allow up to 7 working days for non prescription / Frame only / Fashion Frames to be dispatched, depending on stock availability.
  • Single Vision Prescription Glasses - 7-14 working days.
  • Complex Prescriptions (including Bifocal, Varifocal, Rimless, Polarised, Tints, Transitions, prescriptions with prism values) - 14-28 working days
High Priority Service Production times
  • Non-Prescription (Frame Only) - 3-5 days Frame only / Fashion Frames to be dispatched, depending on stock availability.
  • Single Vision Prescription Glasses - 5-7 working days.
  • Complex Prescriptions (including Bifocal, Varifocal, Rimless, Polarised, Tints, Transitions, prescriptions with prism values) - 7-14 working days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched, and in the rare case of delays you will be notified as quickly as possible.
  • Delays may also occur if one of our qualified opticians needs to contact you regarding your order or prescription.
Not received my order?

In the unlikely event that you haven't received your order within two weeks of receiving a confirmation of dispatch, please get in touch with us on help@specs123.co.uk and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

My glasses are damaged?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us on help@specs123.co.uk or Freephone 0800 772 0579 and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

I have received the wrong item?

Out of stock

In the unfortunate event that the frame you order becomes out of stock we will inform you of the expected delivery date along with suggesting similar frames in case you are interested in exchanging to an alternative item. We try to restock sold out items as regularly as possible, so it is always worth checking back if you can't initially find what you are looking for.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 24hours from the moment your order is submitted. If you wish to cancel your order we will have a refund raised for you immediately. We ask you to allow upto 7-14 working days for clearance into your bank.

I made a mistake with my order – what shall I do?

Did you make a mistake when placing your order? Did you fill in the wrong delivery address or the wrong lenses? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can process the order correctly. Just state your full name, delivery address, order number and let us know what details we need to change – email us at help@specs123.co.uk with the details.
